Only thing they have the 3.6 for right now is the GT500 that I know of. Evolution has one on there shop car that runs 8.85@157 (built motor/auto) and I know someone on SVTP is making in the high 900 range with one.
I believe some have done 1000rwhp with stock motors and turbo(s) running race gas and a good tune on 03/04. Thats not really the safe limit on the stock rotating assembly though.
Good tune/race gas is the key to getting high #'s safely....

I think a 3.4 with methanol injection is a safe combination- that's what they run with the Whipples on Cobra's at Alternative Auto. Even if you don't take advantage of the extra timing you can get with methanol. you can take advantage of the low IATs that the methanol is giving you and the extra octane (no detonation).
If I had a Cobra I would do a Whipple with Meth Injection and a safe tune. What about no traction?? lol
rumor has it a certain orange 04 is getting a WC 3.6 KB soon...might just be a rumor...im pretty suprised at the seemingly low tq numbers the big blowers make...2.8KBs only make low 600's @ 26#'s of boost...i know of a whipple 2.3 with 23psi making 617rwtq and 671 rwhp...just something to think about...I want to see IAT temps comparing each one.
