we dont want it ruined by some accident or a bunch of tickets...anyway most people here are adults you can do what you want.

I didn't quite think of the cruise from the angle that we need to represent the club to the public in a way that is responsible and not give ourselves a bad name or negative public image. I now completely see your point. No need for the tie and jacket for this stanger, as for the adult in me he can make an appearance on occassion. I will make sure he is near the surface on April 25th.
