I have a pair of 265/35 Pirelli Rosso that are in excellent shape that I would let go for very cheap (need room in the garage) $100 for the pair and pick them up.

They would fit the rim, no problem.
All manufacturers have differences is physical size even though the numeric tire size is the same so I could not really tell you how this tire would look compared to what you have. If you want measure your tire's width and height and compare them to this: 265/35/18 is 10.5inch wide and about 25" tall,
