The IMSA datsun 240z dominated the IMSA racing series in the '70's and I think it looks amazing. On top of looking drop dead gorgeous (IMO), I would drop an LSX or GT 5.4 under the hood.
The actual IMSA race cars are rare and I think they look pretty slick and original.
The only car I would compare to the IMSA 240z is the Shelby Daytona coupe, but I don't think the Shelby looks as good.
It's not your average Datsun, and I don't like it because it's a Datsun.
I like it because I think it looks kick ass and I grew up watching it own everything else on the track.
It's just my opinion, no reason to get upset over it.:nono:
This is our 69 Corvette Stingray. I restored most of it myself. New interior 2 years ago, new white top 2 years ago. Refreshed numbers matching engine 4 years ago painted factory orange. All 100% stock... 54,000 miles on it
+1 but I would do with out the paxton supercharger. If you have a GT350 you can put an original paxton supercharger and not hurt the value because they never kept good records on which cars the superchargers went on.
