Certainly up to you. It doesn't seem that we are reserving a lodge this year, but it is very likely that we will have use of a covered lodge for this picnic. No one is hanging out in the rain. We know where to go.
No, my answers are typically sarcastic. I got really sick of people cancelling because of rain in years past. I try to understand, especially when there is family involved. But unless it's some sort of rare collectable Mustang, or it runs 10's and you only have super wide slicks on the back, I don't see why your car can't get rained on if it's just you in the car.
I never know how many people are going on our cruises. I will try to get a count for Letchworth but it is all weather dependent. If it doesn't rain we should have a good turnout, If it does rain who knows. We have over 15 cars going on the wine cruise this weekend. Hopefully we can bring more to the Letchworth cruise.
Hey dabs, you will coming into Letchworth park at the Mt. Morris entrance and I will most likely do the same and would gladly meet you on at the bottom of the hill leading into the park entrance. As for time I'm guessing around 12:15 but will wait for more information to be posted the closer we get to Sept. 8th. It should be possible to meet up with everyone else coming in from Buffalo and Rochester prior to entering the park. Just keep checking back for further information since we are not coming in with a larger fleet off Mustangs and will not be meeting in Batavia. There are a couple entrances and want to make sure we meet where the others will be coming in.
The Buffalo Group will be leaving the Bowen Road Shelter at 10:00 am to give us plenty of time to get to Batavia. We will go up Route 77 to Route 5 and pick up anyone from the North Towns who want to travel with us by the school that is on the corner of Route 5 and 77. We can take Route 5 into Batavia.
We will be entering the park at The Mount Morris Entrance if you want to meet us there. I would think we would be there around 12:15. There is a gift shop by the dam and that is usually our first stop.
I would recommend everyone to try and enter the park at the Mt. Morris entrance since our meeting up point to cruise in will be at the Dam.
At this moment, I'm planning on attending, so I will just meet everyone at the meeting up point by the Dam after 12 Noon! I can't wait to cruise through the park in ONE BIG LINE of Mustangs! Its so awesome!
