thinking of going with long tube headers

well my h pipe is shot and i was looking around for one but they are not cheap ......then looked into some long tubes not cheap eather but.... idk i might be able to salvage some of the h pipe to hook up to the long tubes ........i was reading some people say its a bitch to install and others say its not to bad...

any input on the install ....thanks..

its a bitch dude .... well atleast for the 4v u have to drop the front suspension and jack up the motor a bit :nono:

For a Fox its really not too bad man, The starter can be a pain, in the ass but i mean thats the only real problem, To make it alittle easier you can Loosen up the motor mounts n Jack the motor up alittle as for "salvaging the h pipe" I dono about all that...... I just got a Longtube Specific X pipe, they aren't too bad and hell, not too much can go wrong with um maybe look in to getting the stuff used

the h pipe ant that bad but where it meets the shorties is where its messed up ....and long tubes are cool lol i think im gona go for it ...i know a few people that could cut and flare the h pipe if i mark it out right.... thanks ..
