i got in the car already is a e3o3 cam but my gt40p heads are in the garage with my cobra upper and lower manifold and my 24# injectors and my 373 gears and a bbk cold air intake

65mm is plenty, 70mm will work as well. A 70mm MAF is plenty, no larger than a 80mm is needed. Depends on if you get the car tuned or a chip. If not, you will have to get a Pro M, PMAS, or C&L meter.
