NVH = Noise /Vibration /harmonics
The factory tried to remove as much NVH as they can from the car for the "Avarage Driver", generally performance parts get more performance by changing bushing and or removing features that reduce NVH but compromise performance.
I swapped out my Sway bars and they seem to Amplify all clucks and noises from the road and suspension travel, i drive the car a lot so i went with "Poly bushings" on all parts. I did not want to leave any weak links in my suspension so i decided to get the Steeda Adj Front Sway bar links, although they call them Street/Strip these are actually Race parts, they have Spherical ends so they are extremely stiff and perform very well but the sound transmitted through my sway bars was too much for my liking, there is already a ton of NVH added from re-doing my entire suspension system.
Some people like Off Road mid pipes but i think its too loud, same kinda situation with the me and the sway bar end links. Theres nothing wrong with the links, i just like to keep the NVH as low as i can without compromising performance.
These end links are ideal for Autocross and or Track guys as you can adjust the vertical position of your sway bar to compensate for factors that are discovered while racing. I have Tokico D-specs and they make a HUGE difference on the track because it allows you to dail in your car to suite the track and your driving style, i wanted to be able to adj my front sway bar as well but....
