Problems with handling!

My car when driving up I81 and the wind hits it, it tends to act like the front end is sliding on the road making a bitch to keep it straight :nono:. So any ideas why and how to fix it? It does it on other roads too. Or is this a typical mustang problem :confused:? Putting the new tires on it helped very little on this issue. Thanks guys.

Yeah i will check into that. One was replaced when i bought it so the other one might be bad though don't they usually make noises? I don't hear any clunks in the front end when i go over rough roads like I81. It does pull alittle to the right when braking but it really depends on which way the wind hits it that is the way it tends to go. Also could it be cause the rear end of my car sets lower then the front with full tank of gas? It doesn't usually matter how much gas i have but it does alot more ducking dodging effect with full tank though.

Sometimes, but not if they aren't completely shot...

Maybe there could be uneven wear on the brake pads if it do that when stopping...

Ok thanks man i will look into it this coming up weekend and jack it up and see if there is any play in the front end. Wouldn't surprise me if it was bad thanks to the fucking interstate potholes everyday.

Jacked up the car and no play up and down. But back and foward there is quite alot of play on both sides. I am assuming the rack and pinion is getting really worn now.
