Some FAQ
1) Where are you located - 790 Northern Blvd, Great Neck, NY 11021 - attached to Great Neck car wash.
2) When can I get my car tinted - They are open Mon-Sat and start at 6AM. You should call and make an appointment. 516-829-7336 If you just show up, chances are they might not be able to get to you.
3) Can I show up on Sat? See above. On Sats they usually see 10 to 15 cars. You need to call and make an appointment 516-829-7336
4) How long does the process take? - Usually a little over an hour. There is a comfortable waiting area
5) How long have you been in business - Over 20 years. They are recognized as a leading tint shop and were featured in Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords. You can see the article at our shop. They tint every type of vehicle and specialize in customs and exotics. Many of our clientele are celebrities and sports figures.
6) Is there really a lifetime warranty? - Yes, as long as you, your wife, girlfriend, child don't scratch the tint with jewelry, toys, etc. They warranty the film won't fade, discolor, peel. There is no nonsense with this. Come back if you have an issue and they'll fix it.
7) What shade of tint can I get? - They offer different percentages of tint. Most people go with either a 25% or 35% film. If you are unsure, your best bet is to come to the shop and look at samples.
8) Do you also do paint protection? - Yes. They have applied clear paint protection film to race cars, exotics, motorcycles and even boats.
9) Do you guys only do tint? - Yes, they are "The Tint Shop". They take our business very seriously and don't pretend they can do everything the best. They specialize in what they are good at and that's tint!
