Oil change HELP

okay car is going in for oil change have driven it about 2200 miles on it and really unsure if the owner before did synthetic or not, is there a damaging effect to switch it abruptly its a 03 with 50k on it please help car goes into shop Tuesday night for gears thank you

Id just run the synthetic and not worry about any thing....where are you having you're gears installed?

Just pour it in s l o w l y & no problem.

Hey synthetic oil will lube parts better then regular oil we all have it here so with no worries do so...

Awesome, that's whete I had my gears done Chad was still there at that time but they do great work and I always recommend them to locals...tell him Todd Bapp with threw Mustang says hello!

Did Mobil 1 synthetic 5w-20 with a Mobil one filter pricy hope it's worth it ya I have known Kevin since he was up off Burgoyne ave in hf, chad was good as well but car is off to the shop and was talking about your black and good mustang Todd thanks for all the help

Just got car back today drove it about 20 miles so far everything feels great so far!!

What gears did you go with?
Going to synthetic oil after regular will not hurt at all unless there was a preexisting issue. But if all is good, then no worries, enjoy your ride.

I did 3.73 and same idea tbapp gonna order a tuner this week I think, was doing 85 on the highway getting passed haha wasn't even thinking about speedometer situation when I ordered the gears love it so far! Tbapp your car auto or 5 speed?

yes recalibrating the speedo is a must, mine is a 5 speed!
