With Getaway, which features a Shelby GT500 Super Snake, still struggling in theaters, comes the first trailer for Mustang’s next adrenaline-infused movie: Need for Speed. Based on the popular video game series, Need for Speed stars Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) as an ex-con street racer with a price on his head, hellbent on payback as he enters a cross-country race against the most exotic supercars in the world.
We’ve already told you about the movie and shown you the Mustang, so let’s get to the goods…
Need for Speed, which also stars Dakota Johnson (Ben and Kate) and Michael Keaton (Batman), comes out on March 14, 2014 and has not yet been rated. Its budget is $75,000,000.
To date, Getaway has made $10,438,586 against its $18,000,000 budget and has a horrific 3% rating on RottenTomatoes.com. Here’s to hoping NFS outperforms it.
