lowering springs?

I am ordering springs today for my mach. My buddy has a terminator and he said that he was going to go with the H & R supersport which is what i was going to buy, but he said they were too low for the shit roads around here. He told me to just go with the H & R race springs. I just don't want the car to sit too high and not see a difference, but on the same note i don't want to take off the front hitting stuff.

H&R are my favorite choice of springs. I have the supersport and your friend is right on the money, my car is very low and i am always extremely careful, sometimes I have no choice when pulling out of a drive way but it could be done, if you have other people in the car with you, expect to scrape on bumpy road.

H&R race springs are stiffer and do sit higher, but def noticeable over stock, however they aren't low enough for my taste. If you drive the car a lot, do race springs, if it's a weekend car only you can do supersport, here's a pic of mine with them.
