Hi all,

I have a 1989 GT. The problem I have is that the vanity mirror lights like to stay on even when the mirror is closed. Normally this doesn't matter, but during the summer, the heat of the light bulbs and the heat from the hot car melted the little plastic lenses that cover the bulbs. Does anyone know where I can get new ones? It's a pretty small part, so I wasn't sure where to find it. I tried looking in some magazines, but unless I happened to overlook it, I had no luck.

I tried looking at national parts depot, but couldn't find anything either, found new sunvisors with the mirrors, but they don't even have the lights on them.. You might be able to check a few junkyards. Or, Cjponyparts has a junkyard of mustangs, some foxes, you could try calling them and asking if they have them.
