
Hennessey Performance Engineering of Sealy, TX has released new renderings of their upcoming 2015 Mustang model dubbed the HPE700. Built to go head-to-head with the Corvette Z06 and Challenger Hellcat, the 2015 HPE700 Mustang will boast 717 horsepower and 632 lb-ft torque thanks to a roots-style supercharger system as well as upgraded fuel injectors and fuel pump and a stainless steel exhaust system. The car will have a sinister look too, featuring the company’s CarbonAero front splitter, side sills, rear spoiler and rear diffuser. Also included are Hennessey’s H10 lightweight wheels and Michelin Pilot SuperSport tires.
Hennessey plans on a production run of 500 units of the 2015 Mustang HPE700 for a price tag of $59,500. The package will be available as an upgrade through Hennessey’s locations in Texas and California, or can be ordered through any of the 37 AutoNation dealerships around the country.
