HELP !

alrighty so i have begun the tare down i got my A pillar off and looking at my engine and don't really know were to even start running these wires i have a Analog Vacuume gauge and a digital Oil Pressure/Volts meter and i am installing and don't even know were to begin hooking these up (Noob) so if anyone has an information or write ups on this please sent it this way

Looks like the oil pressure in electric and the vacuum is mechanical.

For the oil pressure

1. need this....oil pressure sending unit....round with an 1/8th npt on one side and 2 terminal screws on the other
2. going to have to find a switched 12v source, (ignition or radio) something turns on and off with the key.
3. a good ground. ( chassis or under the dash to an existing ground)
4. trigger wire ( goes from the sending unit to the gauge) usually it is green.
5. ground from the sending unit to chassis ground

For the volt meter.

1. switched source
2. ground

for the vacuum gauge.

1. a "t" to go into the fuel pressure vacuum line before the fuel rail
2. switched power
3. ground

1. tie all the switched powers of the gauges and run them to the single fuse you are going to use ( an "add a fuse works great). the switched power should be the red wire on the gauges.
2. tie all the grounds of the gauges together and run them to your ground location. ( usually a good place is on the drivers side kick panel, there is a ground screw there already)
3. snake the green (depends on manufacturer of gauges) trigger wire to the oil pressure sending unit. The unit should be mounted next to the oil filter using a sandwich adapter plate, or if there is a location for an external sending unit.
4. tie that wire into the oil pressure sending unit market "W" (I think)
5. Run a wire from the sending unit to chassis ground. the terminal should be "G" (I think)
6. for vacuum, run the clear tubing to the aforementioned area on the fuel rail.
7. cut the vacuum line that is about 11/32nds thick (It should be coming out of the break booster) install "T" there
8. Vacuum gauge hose (rigid white) goes into the "T" and the other cut hoses go to the other open ends.
