HELP! Control arm choice

I need a little help on lower control arm choice for a fox coupe. The car will be mostly street, but some strip. Motor choice hasn't been made yet. Uppers are a simple tubular set with poly bushings. I have 2 different sets of LCA's on hand to choose from. So of my 2 choices, I'm curious if you had the choice, which would you go with and why?


Option 1: Basic tubular non adjustable with poly bushings like these in pic below:

Option 2: Lakewood traction action lift bars as seen in pic below:

I've never heard of anyone running lakewood traction action arms before, so I have no idea how well they work. Either pair will be much better than the stock flimsy control arms. I'm running tubular MM control arms, with spherical bushings at the axle end and they work well.
