removed the three steering column cover screws w/ a long phillips screw driver. you may also have to remove the lower cover held by two screws behind the lower steering column cover. this will give you access to the switch and connectors, next using a pick or the tip of a flat head screw driver pry off the electrical connector(s). then at the top and bottom of the switch you will find two screws holding it to the side of the steering column. removed the screws to dismount the switch, install is reverse order. then your done. i was looking at the wiring diagram and i believe this to be your problem as well. seeing as how both low and high beams and fogs and signals all run to this switch.let me know how it works out and write back if you have any difficulty w/ the install. you shouldnt. it is very simple.
