my car is bascilly stock with a e303 can and full exhaust i used to use 93 octane now ive been using 87 is this bad?

I always ran 93 even wen I had my h.o. stock

93 doesn't hurt lightly modded 5.0s, but you wouldn't see a increase on a dyno.

H.O doesn't mean high octane..High Output. 87 octane is fine. 89 is fine as well with timing advanced.

i always put 93 in my 3.8
