Drag Radials

Anyone running drag radial as there street tire? I am aware they are not a rain tire but was looking for some feedback

I have been using them for a couple of years now. Depending how much you drive will determine which brand you want to go with. You can be caught in a little bit of rain. They are not as terrible as people let on. You just have to adjust your speed accordingly.

If you take it easy they're ok (not good) in a light rain. They absolutely suck in heavy rain or if you've got a heavy foot.

From what I've heard, Nitto DRs are good in the rain, as long as you don't drive too fast.

I run MT 265/40/18 ET SR IIs, car is not a DD, have used them in very light rain/wet roads without issue. They hook well unless the pavement is in the 30s* with about 30psi in them

I've been running Nitto DR's for years! ...great all-around street tire & very good in the rain!

agreed. Ive heard good things about them on DD's from a lot of people. least sticky, but most weather friendly.

I have the BFG DR's on my car right now. They need to be replaced after roughly 3000 miles. They were an excellent tire though.

275/45/17 Mickey Thompsons.... Not great in a light shower therfore I dont use them as DD....
