not sure how to do the latches but the actuators i've done they are a biatch!
not to start off negative or anything but...
if you got the ones from late model resto you should have got the rivets and everything...though i chose not to replace the brackets. it's an option if you have the right tools if you want to use the old brackets...just stick your hand in there, after you have removed a battery cable, remove the plug from the bottom of the actuator than pry out the old one trying not to damage the bracket just look at they way the new one looks you'll understand how to pry on it once you get it out say a few curse words than calm down cuz this part is easier...attach the correct actuator rod that corresponds with your year mustang. if you look at your old one just use the piece that looks the same... for 91-93 piece after you attach it and hammer the pin in hook the pin in the lock mechanism loop that the other came out of and pull down or twist the actuator up so you have just enough room to pull it under the bracket than push back up to seat it, be careful not to loose the little rubber boots. once both sides are snapped in reattach th cable and battery and test...it's tempting to put grease or something on the rubber boots to make them slide in easier but if you do that it will kick the actuator out when you unlock the door...so DON'T neway good luck let me know if you need any more help man
