custom upper subframe connectors

This project took a while, but was well worth it. The chassis is very stiff now The cutting is pretty striaght forward once you find the front subframes groove, they are 2 inches wide and with a 2 inch high beam they just above the height in front of the seats. The drivers seat fit with a washer so no need for seat replacement. I had the whole thing TIG welded from a friend at college. Enjoy!

Its pretty beastly in the corners now. I went over a speed bump angled and it was solid as a rock. With both upper and lower sub frames it makes a I beam in the chassis. Slow tight corners are awesome, it still leans but it just sticks instead of under-steering through the corner. Too bad its almost time for it to go away for the winter
