Cobra wing question

hey guys if i buy just the wing does the cobra spoiler use the same holes that my gt wing uses or do i have to drill new holes?

cobra spoiler also wont cover the holes left by the GT spoiler

Damn I wish that one I had didnt fall through....I allso want the spoiler...Or I guess the hole trunk
