I've got a 97 Convert Cobra, Crystal White over saddle with a saddle top. Fully loaded. 83k on body, 14k on motor due previous owner spinning a rod. Car is from Tenn. She's a 5 speed, nice shape overall. Car has literally thousands into suspension/handling/braking improvements, and is set up to road race but appears stock and has not seen much track time. Main mentionable upgrades would be the Maximum Motorsports Max Grip Package, Koni yellow coilovers at all 4 cornerns, 03 Cobra chrome wheels, a roll cage, race seats, and the big Brembo 4 pot front Calipers, among several smaller add-ons. Parts Alone are worth much more then the car.... 10k would be the lowest I would go. Handles like it's on rails/has AWD. DOHC 32V 4.6 = decent fuel economy.
