Clutches/Tranny REbuild

WEll I bought a WC T5 and I'm going to rebuild it and obviously I'll need a new clutch. I was looking at OEM replacements as they are cheap and when all is said and done I won't be running much power for a while. Any opinion on this clutch kit? Also, what kind of power are OEM replacements good for?

All stock, but maybe down the road...all I can do to afford to paint it let alone build a motor...lol

Then throw a stock clutch in. Maybe a SPEC stage 1 if you wanted.

I just can't see spending money on one that can hold up to more power then I'm going to be throwing at it for a while. Plus, I will have to rock a 7.5 rear until I can afford a 8.8, so I won't be beating on it.....

i got a king cobra stage 2 (thats what it sead idk ) on e bay for around $200 seems to be fine but im not raceing with it. just my dd....stock rep would be ok i think but imo get an adj clutch cable ,and the fire wall adj,and aluminum quadrent.....good luck..

Next question...is Motive Gears any good? I'm looking into a rebuild kit by them as I need to replace the front bearing and also 3rd, but then again, if that is all it needs is it worth it to redo every other bearing?

From what I hear motives are prone to whining. Better off getting FRPP gears.

I'm talking gears as in the ones in the tranny, not rear end. If that's what you ment then where do you buy FRPP tranny gears?
