is my 89 5.0 internal or external balance, how can i find out. also what flex plate would i use 0, 28 or 50 oz. it has a eagle forged crank, rods and pistons. new to fords so i 'm learning.
Take off the balancer and bring it to a reputable shop and they can tell you what it's balanced at. Could be 0, 28, or 50 depending on what the customer wanted when they had the engine built.
