91 5.0 Fog Lights

Just installed new fog lights oem from CJ poney. the old ones were not working and the wires were cut before the plug so I purchased new ones w the factory plug.

They are not working. I checked the fuse and it is good but I am not getting power to the fuse box. Does anyone know if there is a relay or what I should check next?

make sure the two grounds are ok at the top of the radiator support (two eyelid connectors stemming from the main headlight wiring harness). also you will only get them to light up when your low beams are on, this is the factory design. with your low beams on then turning on the fog light switch you should get them to come on. if not follow the wiring diagram in a chilton manual. i have one and it helps out all of the time as these wires get older. the fog light circuit is really simple and there is not at all alot to it. let me know how it works out.
