2006 GT V8/5 sp suspension mod help?

Biggest bang for the buck suspension mods?
Lowering springs and adjustable control arms?

Depends on what you're trying to do. If it's drag, control arms is a good place to start that's affordable. If it's road race, springs are affordable, but then you might need to follow it up with panhard rod, camber plates, bumpsteer, ball joints, new alignment etc to correct a few things.

It's a little pricy, but Tokico D-spec adjustable struts and shocks was by far the best suspension mod I made.

If you do lowering springs you should change the shocks and struts to support and get an adjustable panhard bar to re align the rear. LCA are a good first mod and won't break the back. BMR has a solid set for just over $100 I believe
