1995 GT convertible

I just picked up a 95 GT convertible. It has no power top button on the console and the top is manual. Did Ford make a manual top? I never saw one.

Not that I am aware of. Please post up some pics. Check the vin number also, it might be a specialty item or a ford screw up.
