    Never seen this Before?

it is very hard to tell what it could be, but could it be a repair? Maybe the wall had a deep groove or a hairline crack which they fixed by adding some material (welding) then honed smooth? Honestly I do not know what it is and dont want to freak you out, but it is weird

    light blue smoke

usually, blue smoke means burning oil. how many miles on the engine? you can do a leak down and/or a compression test to see if you have bad rings, while you're at it, put new plugs in and see if it helps

TKO Install going on... 91 GT

Congrats, that's a pretty good number, most stock-ish cars put out around 185-195 to the wheels so you have a good baseline to start with.

    no boost after intercooler install

You are correct! It would be cheaper to do it the other way (with couplers) but someone recommended him some guy to do the job for him and did a shitty job. We will get him running right though, no worries :-D

    Bronx turbo build

he was using someone's garage to do the work. I never met the owner of the house, it was just him working in the guy's garage. I have driven by a few times but the guy that lives there apparently works until late at nite and I have never seen him. It is messed up that I tried (and did help him)...
