Bit old of a thread, but in NY as long as you have catalytic converters and your tune doesn't stop the emissions tests from running you will be fine. Pick up an OBDII code reader for like 50 bucks, and it should have a list of "readiness" checks. As long as those are running and say ready...

Hey guys, Just got my 2014 Sterling Gray GT Manual with Track Pack and Recaros a few weeks ago. Loving the car, much more fun than my old Genesis Coupe and more comfortable. Have a Hurst Billet 2 shifter and Barton 2 post bracket to install for now. Don't think I can do much more for...
