Sounds like the pinion gear is not fully seating in to the fly wheel. When you did the swap if the original placement of the starter didnt change i would say to replace the starter. It might be the mechanism the retracts and exracts the pinion gear is bad.

inspection Well, there you have it. You have two option change out you midpipes or just play it safe and keep what you got. You could also just get high flow cats, but that just a middle ground.

Inspections I just had my 93 mustang about 2 weeks ago and they just slapped the sticker on. I assume it would differ case by case but I ussualy don't have a problem. I think it goes without saying but I have no cats.
