Well im pretty lucky..LOL.. The stops on the short throw must of vibrated losse.. So it wasnt engageing all the way, So when i would stomp on it in first it would pop out easy fix.. Im so happy the season just started...

I have a tri ax short throw shifter in their... Its doesnt pop out of gear all of the time,,But if it is the tranny i dont want to keep driving it and do anymore damage to it...

I was jammin around lastnight and all of a sudden i heard boom as i was taking of in 1st gear and it would pop out of gear. It would only happen in 1st gear.. Its a 91 gt.. I never had a problem like this before.. I was wondering if anybody had any ideas????????? Im hoping its not the tranny..
