No its not tuned, other hand held tools/scanners work on it. With everything comming back ok. He has contacted 3 different ford dealers along with going to 3 inspection places and they all are getting this no communication message and not inspecting it due to this.

Has anyone figured out how to get these vehicles inspected that are comming up with no communication? A friend just stopped by telling me his 01 cobra has failed due to this code from 3 places and no one can tell him why. Now im worried because im going in a couple days to try and get my inspected.

Let me know where you guys are meeting and time so I can plan on an early morning

A tune is a good choice plus if u go through american muscle usually you get free tunes for life (helps with later ad ons) exhaust borla or ford racing same thing just different writing on the tips, cold air you shouldnt need a tune with a k&n but would need it for a c&l or air-raid perfer the...

Hey Central NYM, just wanted to get an idea if anyone is going to come way up north, LOL, for the Champlain Spring Nationals. Would love to get a huge turn out for this, I had already warned the cruisers that there will be A LOT of mustangs.
