2006 GT 4.6L owners manual recommends to use 87 octane and not "Premium". My question is: would it be safe to use a higher grade fuel? I've always used premium, even the lawn mower gets it and I've never experienced any negative results. Thank you for any input.

.....when I turn the key I get nothing, not even a click, battery is good, even tried with booster cables, had the starter tested and it worked on the machine, replaced the ignition switch. Any suggestions?

What's the year and model?

I bought one from the dealer, it came with simple instructions.

ie is part of the default XP OS software it should be installed by default, if not you can install from control panel/ windows components. Also, during the installation xp will give the chance to setup internet connection, if not, again you can do this from the control panel.
