are the downstream 02 sensors after the large cats?? if so the CEL will more than likely come on, as far as sound I don't think it is gonna be worth cutting up the factory pipe with the small cats still there.... IMO :)

x2, when the system gets low it short cycles and cuts in and out, pressure on the low side should be about 30 somewhere in that area depending on outside air temp. (Heat load etc.) and despite what anyone tells you if the system is low you have a leak somewhere may not be large enough to make it...

x2, my guess is the exhaust is rubbing on the frame over the axle or against the gas tank. Either way hope you figure it out

you can use the sn-95 axles in a fox housing with the sn-95 brakes, same stuff thats in the fms 2300k cobra brake kit.

x2, have counterweight assisted dual friction centerforce behind my 347, no problems even with slicks , and is very street friendly

the difference is the lower fender extension, thus due to the 16x7 pony wheel, if you put a 91-93 fender on your car you will need the matching lower extension, vise versa the other way, you can make it work if push comes to shove but not recommended.

sorry, :( 94-98 mustang axles are even different from foxbody, you can use the 8.8 from a foxbody if you swap to the 94-98 length axle which you have already.
