You say the car is just a street car, its better to install top end kits that does not say track on the description. If you install a track kit the car will not benefit on the street as much as on the track. Your best bet is to get a good proven combo of parts for the street that increases down...

Damn 9.0's, pull the carpet out or something so you get that 8 second pass, that mph is good enough for well into the 8's. Are you using the nos retard on the ignition box to pull timing? If so Im gonna have to pick your brain on how to use that option on the box so I can knock power down off...

No need to change your head gaskets. Two years ago I ran 12 psi on my 9 to 1 306 with cheap graphite head gaskets. Last year I was running 9-12 psi on my 9.4 to 1 363 with the same kind of graphite head gaskets. So I think you should be fine, your head gaskets will last if you have a good tune...

If you have the drag launch springs they are labeled L and R after the part number on the spring and should have an air bag in the right side spring. Putting them in backwards will make the car launch messed up and pull right since the softer spring will be on the right side.
