Incorrect. The 2v computer and harness will work on a 4v. Some wires might need to be lengthen. You will also need to reverse the polarity on the COP harness ends. The main difference between the 2v harness and the cobra harness is the cobra harness has 2 IAT where the 2v will only have one.
