I was wondering if anyone could help me out. In my brothers 2003 Stang, we hear a whining noise as soon as you start the car. Noise occurs all the time, does not change while driving or idling. Has anyone heard a noise similar to this or have any idea as to what it could be?? :confused:

Hey guys! I was thinking about spacers for my 03 Stang but I heard that they could be dangerous. Any suggestions?
