I was wondering if anyone could hlep me out an possibly tell me what maybe causing my 95 mustangs lights to flicker and turn off?in order to get headlights and back lights i have to use my brights and put the knob halfway so my lights dont turn on?thanks!

Whats up guys!as you can tell by this post im new to the forum and would like to introduce myself im jimmy,i have a 1995 GT mustang(automatic:thumbsdown:)but as of late it has been acting up headlights flickering on and off and exhaust is making a rattling noise and im getting a little almost...
