just pull yours out, sand it, 2 light coats of high temp primer, and a few coats of high temp black paint, or what ever color you want to make it. and it'll turn out sick. i just painted my plenum a few minutes ago, looks sick

that's one thing i love about my car, it's very affordable. and since it's old, there are a lot of used parts on forums for dirt cheap. nearly every guy in my school loves my car, and even those who hate american cars still know that i'll beat them so they don't even want to race me.

oh yeah, sub frames make such a big difference i rode in my friend's car that doesn't have them, and it's so much softer than mine, good that i din't even have to do them myself, got the car from the previous owner with the SFC's already welded
