Your telling me that a lift in a cam does not mean anything. take a flattop piston for example. now imagine a cam with .3 lift and your swap for something with .5 just throwing sizes out but there is always the chance for piston slap. What are the exact specs on the cams. lift is what your concerned about. also you want to know the dish of your pistons now. things to think about aswell is have you ever shaved the decks on the heads or a prior owner. you don't see that much but people do that on occation for higher compression...

Thats a good question. I would Imagine the ECU would have to be swapped out as well and the brings the question of, would all the wiring match up? There are 4.6 motors and or parts for sale everywhere you look. I would just do a rebuild.

Call comp cams and tell them how you plan to set the car up. They can hook you up
