The car is detonating. Find the source before you blow it up. Timing, fuel pressure, tps setting, egr valve, plugs too hot or maybe need higher octane.

Just do like the blown cars do. Cap it off.

If your car is steering from behind then you can try to tighten the control arms a little more. If they are not fully tight then the axle moves around and steers the car from the back.

A 95 would not be SD. A egr valve thats not functiong properly will cause knock like that. Low rpm , light throttle knock is a sign that there is a problem elsewhere and the octane is masking it. That car should be able to run on 87 without issues.
