I hit the send button too soon. Continuing on from where if left off, the car sat idle for about 17 years in a garage. In the past 5 years I have rebuilt the engine, replaced the power steering, timing chain, gas tank , shocks, leaf springs, front springs, complete floor panels, convertible top including pistons, brakes, cylinders, master cylinder, and rebuilt the carb. The car runs fine, now I am looking to find someone who will paint it without forcing me to mortgage my house. The car has some rust but I don't want a " restoration". All I want is a body shop who will do some limited body work and paint it. I don' plan to show it, I just want to drive it a few miles on a sunny Sunday and have it look nice. Does anyone have any suggestions??
