Black Cars Look Best !

To each their own, but I kinda find it a hassle, being in NYC and parking in a dirt lot, summers are getting worse and worse, also I drive a lot at night and I know some say it's a myth but I feel black cars are harder to see at night at times. Even met this former engineer who said the best color is actually green because scientifically we're more alert to green then any other color.

Ha- your right Baz - hard to keep clean, but not for me driving so little (300 mi. per year) I like to keep mine all clean and detailed in the show room in my garage. New Bullitt this year Highland Green, probably darker than what your talking about, also comes in Black, standard 6sp only and problems with the alum. shifting forks breaking with new trans. Do you still get rental cars at work ? if so what have you driven. My wife had 5 diff. rentals last year, some SUVs fav. car was the Camry. To be honest I'm not even sure we are talking about cars (Disco) but nice talking to you not much going on this year on NYM Forum.

Ha I wish work would let me rent cars, I rent them on my own while vacationing, I was out west again this year and rental company let me pick the car from the lot, I ended up taking a Nissan Rogue, not a bad SUV really, also nothing special. Oh sorry When I say Disco I mean Land Rover Discovery, things being quiet here so dabbed with other communities, but I have a trip to Iceland coming up and lined up renting a '17 Discovery so really looking for that. I haven't drive a Camry but I had a few Lyfts which were the ride was surprisingly nice. It's kinda sad how quiet things gotten here though, I remember there being events and meetups but I guess too many people have left to organize anything.

My son just bought a new Nissan Rogue, his 2nd one , more bells and whistles on the new one ,Great SUV. He went to Iceland last summer, it is beautiful there, I saw a lot of pics. Enjoy your trip !
