I've seen aftermarket fiberglass ones... or if you're into bodywork you could just shave the scoops?

yeah, I like them. I still kick myself occasionally because passed up on a true blue Bullitt a couple years ago..

Nick....take a look at 1999 and 2000 side scoops. They look very similiar to the bullitt scoops. They do have a honeycomb insert inwhich you could remove. It would be alot less expensive and easier to obtain. Check them out.
