I ordered stock headlight lenses for my 2000 GT from AM. They didn't fit correctly so AM wouldn't accept them until I sent photo evidence to them. Sounds reasonable to me. I have bought from Late Model and AM. Both good vendors. Good luck.

I can see them asking for pictures too. They sent me the wrong flywheel a few years ago and I had to take pictures to show them it was the wrong one. They said the pics were fine and I sent the flywheel back, and then they sent me the correct one.

Latemodels customer service has been top notch for me, never had a problem. Doesn't seem any different than what most vendors would do. I also wouldn't be surprised if they told you to just toss it rather than incur the expense of you sending it back.
