The guy driving was black and he wanted to be cool and just off lights. apprently he has angel eyes around his stock light with plug in HID kit, So he wanted to sneak up behind me thinking he was cool. Basically a complete idiot !

he also cut off about 5 other cars before he made a right turn to continue acting like a tool out of my sight!
