No. I bought the 02 sensors it needed and new spark plugs. Now it just needs a tune for the cans

I have new cam tensioners too if needed. Lot's of new parts. New belts, battery, calipers, rotors, brakes, pads, tires, etc.

does it have a clean title?

Yes title is clean and clear. Just waiting for it to come back because I just registered the car like 3-4 weeks ago. So I'd overnight it to the buyer as soon as it comes in. And if need be I'd be willing to have judge notarize the sale if wanted.

Does it have the hood scoop?

No the 99 GT's had the inverted hood scoop instead of the shaker scoop.
