ruger226tr-3650's are just thats all it is ford is stupid for using them this is the last ford product ill ever buy. Going back to mopar next.
NoterminatorYuck, Mopar. Can't stand Mopar at all. GM I like, but Mopar is trash, especially their transmissions. So if that's what your worried about, I'd avoid Mopar too. Go with GM or imports.
ROUSH 4Quality today.............sign of the times.
NoterminatorTrue to that. That's why we buy aftermarket, most aftermarket parts cost a lot, but the quality is there. Those are the parts automakers should be using. Imports sadly these days are built better. Hate to say it, but it's true. And the power to weight ratio is better as well. Only thing is, you pay more for the imports.
ROUSH 4Aftermarket has come along was as well. Competition pushes the quality. Domestic priced cars are escalating as well.
NoterminatorYou can buy a STi that'll beat the new GT for just $38,000. They use better parts too. When they use Brembo brakes on a STi it's both front and rear, not just front like Ford did. And they use Recaro seats, instead of cheap factory style. People knock imports, but they use a lot of better parts along with aftermarket parts on their cars. American companies always take the cheap route. My 2008 Jetta's interior is far superior to that of my premium 2011 5.0 I had. And so much nicer quality wise, and luxury wise. 10 speaker Bose stereo, vs what a 4 speaker Mach? It's sad honestly.
CalypsoImports motors have always out lasted american but there bodies suck and fall off and rot out quick
NoterminatorNot all import bodies. The higher end ones last a very long time. RX-7, RX-8, STi, Evo, Supra, Skyline, 350Z, 370Z, G35, G37, R32, etc all seem to last and have great reputations. I'd love to own any one of them, especially the 370Z. Those cars may be a poor mans porsche, but I love them. Keep it clean and they can look sick.
